    Role & responsibilities of Relationship Manager :

    • Present Office Space, Retail Showrooms or Other Properties to prospective Client in a persuasive manner.
    • Assist Commercial Office/Retail land Roads in discovering suitable tenants.
    • Promote Unoccupied properties through various media & advertising techniques.
    • Evaluate Client Requirement & financial properties to make personalized presentations.
    • Provide accurate information on the different features of properties.
    • Negotiate Leasing terms & complete agreements.
    • Keep abreast of the company market status.
    • Ensure proper maintenance & inspect properties periodically.
    • Searching Vacant Property as per Client need.

    Preferred candidate profile :

    • Candidate must have two-wheeler

  • Job Description

    Role & responsibilities of Relationship Manager :
    #Convert prospects into customers by show-case appropriate properties to the prospects, which matching the investment need of the prospects.
    #Using leads generate by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporates, clubs, etc.)
    #Take prospects for site visits in projects, answer all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer or with Vital Spaces Developer Relation Team for any clarification required for that.
    #To be compliant with operations process.
    #Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with Vital Space at all touch-points.
    #Providing after sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers.
