    Core Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding Builders: Facilitate the onboarding process for new builders.
    • Project Training: Arrange and coordinate training sessions for the sales team on various projects to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness.
    • Customer Support: Help the customer support team resolve issues and provide assistance to clients who have already booked units.
    • Brokerage Collection: Ensure timely collection of brokerage payments from builders.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with builders and their sales teams to nurture strong relationships and foster positive interactions.
    • Vitalspace.in Portal: Upload builder project details to the Vitalspace portal and regularly update them to maintain accuracy.
